There is a total of 1,418 software packages in the “stable” tree.

To use the software from the “stable” tree you only need to update your pkg-get.conf file
to point to a nearby mirror site and then use pkg-get -U to fetch the catalog.

From there you can install anything you need with pkg-get -i softwarename.

Be advised that you can not mix software from the “stable” tree with the “unstable” and get predictable results. This mixture is not supported.
