Hi,

since I could'nt find any manifest for the commonly used SE Toolkit I
recently sat down and wrote one for the monlog and orcallator se-scripts.
They can be customized via properties in the manifest and should also
serve well as templates to start other se-scripts.

I would like to share the scripts now with the community. The manifests
are intended to be place into the /var/svc/manifest/application/se-toolkit
directory and the startscripts into /lib/svc/methods.

To have monlog output in a separate file I create a mapping for the
local0.err selector to /var/adm/setoolkit.log in syslog.conf and add
local0.none to /var/adm/messages. Be careful to use only TABs as field
separators in /etc/syslog.conf, no blanks, or the entry will not work.
